Issue
Some of the paving in Bath is so smooth that when it has rained it becomes slippery, causing people with walking difficulties to feel more likely to trip and making it more difficult for those pushing wheelchairs.
Opportunity
Using paving such as riven yorkstone, or asphalt which, whilst flat, have some texture could improve traction and reduce the risk of slips.
