Issue
Dropped kerbs are essential for most wheelchair and scooter users to cross a road. When they are blocked by parked cars very long diversions can be necessary and some locations can become totally inaccessible.
Opportunity
Better enforcement of parking could keep more dropped kerbs clear. Providing additional dropped kerbs (or larger level areas with appropriate tactile demarcation) throughout central Bath would reduce the length of diversions in the event that one was blocked.
