Issue
Many participants described how they would avoid parts of Bath at particular times, or deliberately take routes that would take them away from crowds. Both these strategies made moving around Bath easier but are not available to visitors unfamiliar with the city.
Opportunity
Signage could be provided marking alternate, less crowded routes, between areas of the city.
