Issue
Disabled people believe they can park at the end of Bath St, to the North of the colonnades. For wheelchair and scooter users this is much less useful than it should be because there is no level access to allow them to get from the carriageway to the footway.
Opportunity
The partially-dropped kerb at the North West end of Bath Street could be modified to drop all the way down to the carriageway.
