Busses become stuck blocking the crossing at the exit of the bus station. Pedestrians can put themselves at risk attempting to cross when the green man is visible.

Busses exiting the bus station could be given formal priority over traffic in Dorchester Street and prevented from driving onto the crossing unless the read ahead was clear.
